The Lutron DT-2199 Stroboscope LED & Battery Power is a test tool from LUTRON that is used to make cyclic rotating objects appear to be moving slowly or at rest.

There are 2 options for power tools:

1. using type D batteries (4 pieces)
2. using a 9 Volt DC Adapter)
